Guest privileges include the exclusive use of our Game Room on our main property located on Highway 373 in Greer, Arizona. Cabins 1, 2 & 3 are located at the main Little Colorado Cabin Rental Property on Highway 373 in Greer, AZ. They are 1 Bedroom, 1 bath log cabins. Each offers a Gas fireplace, full kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD player and outdoor Gas BBQ. Queen Bed with Hide-A-Bed. Each cabin accommodates up to 4 persons.

Cabin 4 is located on the main grounds of the Little Colorado Cabin Rental property on Highway 373 in Greer, AZ. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath cabin offers a Wood Burning Fireplace, Full Kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD player and outdoor Gas BBQ. 1 King bed, 2 Queen Beds. This cabin accommodates up to 6 persons.
Rates: $140 first 2 persons. $15 extra adult (per person/per night). Children free. Pets add $15 per pet/per night.
Cabin 5 is located on the main grounds of the Little Colorado Cabin Rental property on Main Street (Highway 373) in Greer, AZ. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin offers a Gas Fireplace, Full Kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD player and outdoor Gas BBQ. 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed and a hide-a-bed. This cabin accommodates up to 6 persons.

Beaver Pond Cabin
The Beaver Pond Cabin is located right on the Little Colorado River and bordered on three sides by Forest Service with outstanding views of the river and portions of Greer Valley. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin accommodates up to 8 persons. 1 King bed, 2 Queens in one bedroom, plus hide-a-bed. Amenities include: Gas Fireplace, Full Kitchen, Satellite TV, DVD player, outdoor Gas BBQ, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher and Outdoor Fire pit.
Rates: $150 first 2 persons. $15 extra adult (per person/per night). Children free. Pets add $15 per pet/per night.
Branding Iron Cabin
The Branding Iron Cabin is located on Wiltbank Street and a secluded lot in the trees. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin accommodates up to 8 persons. 1 King bed with 2 person Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, 2 Queens, plus hide-a-bed. Amenities include: Fireplace, Full Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Satellite TV, DVD player and outdoor Gas BBQ.
Rates: $195 first 2 persons. $15 extra adult (per person/per night). Children free. Pets add $15 per pet/per night.
Policies: To qualify for the kids free accommodations, children must be age 17 or under and children of the adults staying in the cabin. Game Room is for Little Colorado Cabin Guests Only. It is available to our "off property" guests from the Branding Iron or Beaver Pond Cabins. No smoking in cabins. Guests are permitted to smoke outside if "red flag" conditions do not prevail. Pets: Dogs only please - subject to approval. Holiday Rates may apply. Minimum stay may apply. Deposit required. Quoted rates do not include Arizona Tax.
